Through a $26M federal community funding initiative, the FIT program, led by WLCAC in partnership with Loyola Marymount University and Watts Tech, continues to empower local residents with in-demand tech skills. This six-week course trains participants in programming, cloud computing, software QA, and workplace readiness. This week we attended the graduation of the second cohort, marking another step in building career pathways and economic opportunity in Watts.
