From Councilmember Tim McOsker: The Slater Avenue Railroad Safety Improvement Project, which aims to enhance safety with active railroad warning devices, new fencing, and upgraded infrastructure, is underway. Phase One, which included the installation of an ADA-compliant curb ramp and other key street improvements, is now complete. Construction will continue to finish the project and outreach efforts are ongoing to keep residents informed about progress and upcoming work in the area.
