- reduce recidivism
Eligibility:
Formerly sentenced to and released from a California state prison
Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
Must be a resident of Los Angeles County
Verification of Income
Valid ID/DL and Social Security card
Services Offered:
Assistance with security deposits
Rental Assistance
Move In Assistance-Furnishings
Motel Vouchers
Case management/Advocacy/housing navigation services
Linkage to employment and community resources
