When is the best time to plant a tree in Watts?
They say the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago or today! We have 2 tree planting projects in #Watts to plant about 100 trees along 103rd St & Weigand Elementary. On this 50th #EarthDay, you can still be part of positive change in your community by caring for a tree. Apply for a free street tree: http://tinyurl.com/wattstree. #wattsrising
